A responsibility taker. When requested, take full responsibility for a task or function to properly see it through to its successful conclusion, and report on it if necessary.

I.T literate. Able to learn and utilise all our business systems and software packages.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Flexibility in respect to hours worked, different tasks undertaken, and willingness to do what is needed at all levels. (Give and take, and as workload demands),

Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines, and change gear as workload demands. This aids productivity which is key to our mutual success.

Ability to use and read reports to self-check ones work and performance.

Technical Competence in respect to products handled.

Supply Base awareness. Knowledge of which suppliers do what and willingness to add this to the database.
